Devra Freelander, z”l

The HUC-JIR community offers our deepest condolences to Rabbi Elyse Frishman and Rabbi Danny Freelander on the death of their daughter, Devra. Our hearts break imagining their loss. We also include in our prayers for strength Devra’s siblings, Adam and Jonah, and their spouses, Julie and Sarah. May their whole family be comforted among those who mourn in Zion and Jerusalem.

The funeral will take place on Wednesday, July 3, at 12:30 pm at Barnert Temple in Franklin Lakes, NJ.

Shiva will begin Wednesday evening at the Freelander home: 455 Central Park West, Apartment 21C, New York, NY 10025.
